I began coaching in 2011 through England Athletics and have since built a strong foundation in movement, strength & conditioning, and athlete development. My netball journey started in 2021/22, progressing quickly to EN Level 1 and now EN Level 2. I’ve coached across Dorset Netball PDP and supported physical performance at Dorset FA ETC, bringing broad multi-sport knowledge and a focus on developing confident, capable athletes. Outside netball, I’m a qualified CiRF coach, sports massage therapist, and regular endurance runner.

WNC are keen to support our players on their coaching and umpiring paths, if you are interested in joining the coaching/umpiring team please get in touch.

Training:

Rain or shine, we play: All of our training sessions are held indoors. Therefore, you never have to worry about the rain cutting training short.

Safety first: Indoor courts keep our players safe, dry, and performing at their best.

Leagues:

Fair selection: Our coaches select leagues based on current skill and performance, giving everyone a fair and honest placement.

Room to grow: We choose a progressive route of leagues to make sure our squads are always challenged and supported to reach their full potential.

Teams:

Small, close-knit teams: We limit each squad to 15 players so everyone gets the attention and court time they deserve.

Growing together: To build strong team bonds, players are expected to commit to both training sessions and match days.

Part of the family, even when hurt: If a player is injured, we still love having them come along to support! Staying involved from the sidelines keeps our team bond strong.

Big opportunities: We are proud to support players looking to take their game to the next level, with clear routes into the Performance Development Programme (PDP) and the County Pathway.
